World: Scooby Doo
Heart: Weak, it only takes a single weak heart to create a Watt-O-Whisp
Battle Strategy: They have no strategy, they wander around passing through objects and charging them with electricity, making it hard for anyone in the area to touch their surroundings. Like Jellyfish, however, if they get a hold of a heart it will shock mindlessly until it's consumed.
If a few Watt-o-Whisps are able to get together long enough they may combine into a larger one, but this is rare.
